Privilege of Ownership

Each Member enjoys a combination of Fixed and Float time, offering a perfect blend of certainty and flexibility. Members will receive one week of Fixed time determined at the time of purchase. The remaining 21 nights are Float time, which may be reserved during the Priority Reservation Period or throughout the remainder of the Use Year.

During the Open Reservation Period, Members may make as many as four reservations at any time, excluding any Fixed time reservation. Reservations may be made for a minimum of one night and maximum of 10 nights. For each Club Interest owned, Members receive 21 nights of Float time per Use Year, which consists of 15 weeknights and a maximum of six weekend nights. Two bedroom Residence Members may use each side of their Residence as separate reservations, therefore increasing their number of stays.

Members may choose a combination of up to two Use Weeks (reservations in one-week increments, Friday– Friday) of the three choices below per Use Year.

As a Member at The St. Regis Residence Club, New York, you receive preferred status as a Marriott Bonvoy™ Platinum Elite member. Members may convert up to two eligible weeks of time to Marriott Bonvoy points each Use Year. Marriott Bonvoy conversion must be declared during the annual Priority Reservation Period. The conversion program is subject to change or termination. Please do not purchase a Club Interest with any expectation of hotel conversion rights.

Members may place up to two eligible Use Weeks of time (reservations in one-week increments, Friday–Friday) in the Member Rental program, managed by The St. Regis Residence Club. Members are not guaranteed that any of their reserved time will be rented. Please do not purchase a Club Interest with any expectation of rental.

Members may exchange up to two eligible Use Weeks through the Vistana Residence Network, which is comprised of The St. Regis Residence Club, New York, the St. Regis Residence Club, Aspen, and The Phoenician Residences, The Luxury Collection Residence Club, Scottsdale. Exchanges are completed based upon availability and seasonality.

Cancellations may be made more than 30 days prior to check-in without penalty. Reservations canceled 30 days or less prior to check-in will be limited to reservations within a 30-day booking window. Reservations canceled seven days or less prior to arrival will be forfeited.

Each Member of The Residence Club will be assigned a Personal Concierge to assist with any inquiries related to their fractional ownership that they may have. The Personal Concierge will facilitate any desired reservation changes that a Member wishes to enact, based upon availability, and arrange Alternative Usage options upon request.
